The full-time Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting and directing in-coming patients and visitors cordially and professionally. Working cooperatively with all levels of staff and the general public in a positive and professional manner. Applicants should have excellent computer skills, as the position requires the ability to work proficiently in several different operating systems.
This position requires attention to detail and accurate documentation of all situations which include:
The Administrative Assistant must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Demonstrating professional behavior dealing courteously with customer issues and working to expedite positive solutions.
This position requires work Monday - Friday, and may require some travel to outlying clinics in McLaughlin and Timber Lake, based on need.
The wage range for this position is $14.96 - 21.95, based on previous education and experience.
